What is your cancellation policy?

Your booking with Plein Soleil Tours Aegina is flexible and secure — we know how important flexibility is to planning a stress-free trip. We charge no fees for eligible cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy for most of our tours is that cancellations made until 73 hours prior to scheduled commencement date of service, have no cancellation fee applied and you are entitled to a full refund for the value of your booking, or may be exchanged for future travel credit.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Tours:

  • Until 73 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date of service: No cancellation fee.
  • From 24 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date of service: 50% cancellation fee of the total cost.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date of service or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Private tours :

  • Less than 48 hours before scheduled start date or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
